Building the evidence chain behind variations and claims: scope-change identification, quantification, contemporaneous records, IPC and under-billing follow-up, and the FIDIC positioning that makes an entitlement defensible.
Typical trigger: you know you’re owed money but can’t prove it in a form the client will accept.
Commercial–Technical Interface Review
An independent read on where your project or portfolio is leaking value between departments — with a prioritised, specific set of fixes rather than a diagnosis.
Typical trigger: margin is below plan and nobody can point to a single cause.

Diagnostic Review
A focused assessment of a specific function or project — technical office, design management, or commercial interface. Document review, structured interviews, and a written findings report with prioritised recommendations.
Typically 2–4 weeks.
Embedded Advisory
Ongoing part-time engagement alongside your team through a defined phase: implementing a governance framework, standing up a technical office, or steering a live claim to submission.
Typically 3–6 months, defined days per month.
Training & Capability Building
Structured in-house programmes for technical office, engineering or commercial teams. Delivered as workshops or a series, built around your actual documents and projects — not generic material.
