Where engineering, contracts and commercial decisions meet — I make sure value doesn't leak.
Senior construction executive with 21+ years directing technical operations, technical office functions, design management and contract governance on mega power, industrial, marine, infrastructure and healthcare projects across Egypt, KSA and the UAE.

Most project value is lost in the gaps between departments.
A design decision made without commercial input becomes a variation nobody claimed. A contract clause nobody read becomes a cost nobody budgeted. A drawing revision that never reached site becomes rework nobody planned.
These aren’t engineering failures or contract failures. They’re interface failures — and they’re where margin disappears.
For over two decades I’ve worked at exactly that interface: heading technical offices, directing engineering units, administering contracts, and building the governance frameworks that stop the leaks before they open.
What I bring
Technical Operations Leadership
Directing technical office and engineering functions across a multi-project, multidisciplinary portfolio — standardising workflows, review gates and documentation so quality doesn't depend on who happens to be on the job.
Design Management & Verification
Governing design coordination across Civil, Structural, Architectural and MEP — catching constructability and compliance issues in review, not on site.
Contracts, Claims & Entitlement
FIDIC administration, variation orders, claims preparation, IPC and under-billing follow-up — protecting entitlement and cash flow with evidence, not argument.
Capability & Systems Building
Restructuring and mentoring engineering and commercial teams, advancing BIM adoption, and applying digital and AI tooling to raise technical-office throughput.

Bring me in when the technical and the contractual stop talking to each other.
I work with contractors, developers and consultancies on the problems that sit between departments: technical office setup and governance, design-review discipline, claims and variation strategy, and building teams that can hold the standard after I leave.

Let's talk about the problem you're actually trying to solve.
Whether that’s a technical office that isn’t scaling, a claim that needs building properly, or a senior role you’re trying to fill — start with a conversation.
